A STATIC website contains web pages with fixed / predetermined content. The website displays the same information to every visitor. Unlike dynamic websites, they do not exchange any type of information with a database.
A DYNAMIC website contains web pages that are generated in real-time. When a dynamic page is accessed, the code within the page is parsed on the server, and the resulting HTML is sent to the client's web browser. A dynamic website sends queries to the server to access database information.
Payment & Termination:
Services are independent and are chosen by the client individually, with no limit on the selected number. Post-development support is included with any service purchase.
- The pricing of each service will depend on the difficulty and time spent on the project, as well as any developer-purchased content.
- The client MUST submit this form to select desired services and provide the required information. The client will then be contacted to verify selected services and discuss any additional details.
- After verification, the client will receive a document displaying the selected services and calculated pricing. Both parties must sign this document.
- The final 'Contract' document will provide all project information and contract description.
- Payment will be made via a third-party application (such as PayPal or MetaMask) as stated in the 'Final Description' document.
- The copyright information will be transferred to the client upon receipt of payment. Please note that some services, such as 'Third-Party Hosting', may require additional third-party subscriptions billed to the client.
- If the client cancels any completed or started tasks, the developer must be paid for the work completed, unless the developer has not achieved agreed expectations.
Project Roadmap:
The following is the strategy used to accomplish maximum customer satisfaction. Please read this to be informed of the process steps.
- The client MUST submit this form. The form requests the client to provide their business information as well as a description. Optionally, the client may link a rough draft or a reference design to be based on. The website's description must be provided. The document will also ask for other information. Additional services may be requested by the client. The developer will contact the client about any additional services.
- Upon being viewed by the developer, the client will be contacted for final approval. When the developer is finished verifying the information provided and discussed, the client will receive a document named "Final Description", which is a developer-signed copy with website information and developer corrections.
- After the previous paper has been signed by both parties, the final "Contract" document will be sent to the client. The "Contract" document consists of the website and contact information.
- The developer will commence work on the project. The client must provide feedback, clarifications, and approvals to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Upon completion, both parties must hold a discussion regarding the finished product and any additional information. After the client's payment, the project rights are transferred to the client. Before that, ALL RIGHTS TO EVERY PROJECT MATERIAL (unless provided by the client) ARE INITIALLY OWNED BY THE DEVELOPER.
